James J. Murray MSW. LCSW. SAP. SAE. is qualified to provide SAP Evaluations to those individuals who failed to meet the requirements of the Department of Transportation (DOT). He is an approved provider of substance abuse treatment by the Federal Department of Transportation. Two sessions are conducted with return to work recommendations.
